Massage Appointment Policy

At Wellspring Health Center, we value your time and strive to provide a calm, restorative experience for every client. To help us stay on schedule and provide the highest quality care, please review the following policies:

New & Returning Clients (12+ Months)

If this is your first massage with us—or your first in over 12 months—please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. If you prefer, you can complete your intake form online here: Massage Client Intake Form

This allows your therapist to tailor your session to your current needs and ensures your full session time is reserved for treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so we can stay on schedule.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.

A valid card on file is required to reserve all massage appointments, including those booked with pre-purchased sessions, vouchers, or gift cards.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), late reschedules, no-shows, or late arrivals requiring rescheduling will result in a $35 fee charged to the card on file.

Our Commitment

These guidelines help us respect both your time and our massage therapists’ availability, ensuring appointment times remain open for clients who can attend and helping us continue to keep the excellent massage therapists you know and trust.

Thank you for helping us create a respectful, relaxing environment for all.
