No Expiration or Fees
Gift cards do not expire and will never lose value. No fees are charged for inactivity or maintenance.

Use of Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed for cash-based services such as massage therapy, wellness classes, and other self-pay services offered by Wellspring Health Center.
Gift cards cannot be applied to insurance-billed services, including co-pays, deductibles, or covered services billed to insurance.

Refunds
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat gift cards like cash. Wellspring Health Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Use Limitations
Gift cards are valid only for services and products provided by Wellspring Health Center.
