Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage with Hot Stones
45-Minute Session – $89

  • A full 45 minutes of hands-on care

  • Includes deep tissue and trigger point therapy with customized pressure—from light to deep, based on your needs

  • Hot stones are gently glided over tight muscles to release deep tension and improve circulation.

  • Focused on pain relief, better mobility, and faster recovery

Optional: Organic CBD Cream – $20

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a natural non-psychoactive compound found in hemp plants that reduces pain, inflammation, and tension. Our organic, locally grown full-spectrum CBD cream is also infused with essential oils and targets sore, tight, or painful muscles and joints. Add this powerful boost to any massage for more profound relief.

As an integrative clinic that treats pain and injuries, we offer massage therapy to help you recover after a car accident.

We provide a free consultation to see if massage or holistic physical therapy fits your recovery well.

Our nurse practitioner can evaluate your condition and, if needed, prescribe massage therapy as part of your care plan. Our team will help you verify your insurance and file your massage sessions at standard rates under your auto insurance PIP claim.

Sierrah Schmaltz, Certified Massage Therapist
Sierrah is a certified massage therapist who received her training from The Salon Professional Academy, Fargo, ND. She specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and hot stone therapy. With years of experience providing therapeutic massage for pain relief and injuries, Sierrah’s calming presence and personalized care help clients feel at ease while relieving tension, stress, and discomfort.

 

We are updating our massage policy to ensure we continue to serve our clients effectively and maintain fairness. Any prepaid massage sessions purchased before January 1, 2022, can be redeemed as credit toward massage sessions completed by July 31, 2025. After that date, these credits will no longer be valid. The original purchase amount for any unused sessions can be applied toward the purchase of one or more regular priced 45-minute sessions, cannot be used towards discounted sessions. If you have pre-paid unused sessions on file, don’t hesitate to contact us at 952-933-1150 to schedule your appointment before this deadline.
