⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sound Bath Reviews

Attended my first sound bath last Wednesday at Wellspring and it was amazing! So relaxing and just what I needed to reset my nervous system. I will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend!!  – Lisa H.

Wellspring offers me physical therapy directed by professional doctors, therapists and exercise professionals. It also offers healing sessions on the energy level and nervous system, like sound healing. I find these to be very effective for moving forward with my health. We are fortunate in having access to all of this under one roof and under the guidance of experienced health professionals. -Alicia J.

Safety Regarding Sound Baths & Gong Baths: Sound baths are a form of complementary medicine and should not be considered a replacement for indicated medical treatments. People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
