This class is tailored to alleviate discomfort, both physical and emotional. Modifications are provided for pregnant women and those with limited mobility.

The class is taught by a licensed physical therapist specializing in holistic physical therapy.

Yoga mats will be available, or bring your own.
A handout will be available to continue the practice at home.
