Experience the soothing melodies and heart-opening frequencies provided by Kristen, a musician who utilizes a combination of resonant instruments like crystal bowls, a handpan, vocals, guitar, and more to promote relaxation and well-being.

As you lie under the warmth of blankets in the comfort of a serene candlelit atmosphere, let the harmonious blend of musical frequencies guide you and your sweetheart into a state of profound relaxation and connection.

Enjoy hot herbal tea and Valentine’s chocolates following the sound bath

Limited spaces are available, so don’t miss the chance to create beautiful memories with your loved one.

Please bring two blankets and a pillow. Wear something warm and comfortable. We’ll supply a yoga mat for you to lie on.

Safety Regarding Sound Baths & Gong Baths: Sound baths are a form of complementary medicine and should not be considered a replacement for indicated medical treatments. People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
