This holiday season, take a moment to embrace peace, harmony, and love with our special Peace & Joy Sound Bath, set in the warm ambiance of sparkling lights and the soft glow of candlelight.

What to Expect:

• A guided meditation led by Jaime, a professional meditation and mindfulness teacher, focusing on cultivating love, healing, and harmony.

• A soothing sound bath by Kristen, a professional musician and sound healer, featuring crystal singing bowls, harmonium, gong, xylophone, and more, creating a deeply calming and transformative experience.

Together, we’ll reflect, recharge, and reconnect, spreading light and goodwill this holiday season.

Wellspring offers me physical therapy directed by professional doctors, therapists and exercise professionals. Safety Regarding Sound Baths & Gong Baths: Sound baths are a form of complementary medicine and should not be considered a replacement for indicated medical treatments. People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
