Susan is our medical billing and insurance specialist. Since joining our team in 2014, Susan has made it her goal to make the patient experience as stress-free as possible. She helps to reduce financial stress for our patients by providing an accurate verification of insurance coverage prior to the start of care, and efficiently billing your insurance plan so you can focus on getting better.
Susan is also an adept Human Resources Assistant where she runs the day-to-day operations of managing staff payroll and benefits.
Susan also helps with marketing projects to help make sure everyone knows about Wellspring Health Center. She loves to hear patient success stories and schedule events in our community.
Outside of Wellspring, Susan’s personal interests include spending time with family and playing with her dog, Doug.
