My goal is to help people get back to and sustain their highest level of health and activity. I really enjoy educational discussions and the moment a patient understands the connection of anatomy involvement to their clinical condition and what that means for treatment. I believe in a team-based approach that allows patients to participate in their care plan decisions. I feel fortunate to work in a field that I can help patients achieve the active lifestyle they desire.
Personal Interests:
I love to travel and explore new places. I enjoy the outdoors especially with my family at the lake. At home, I like to unwind by gardening, reading or working on a crochet project. My favorite ways to stay healthy and active are spin/cycle classes and Yin yoga.
