How long are massage sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes with approximately 50 minutes of hands-on treatment time. Deep tissue and hot stone techniques are included as a standard part of every session at no extra charge.
Is massage covered by insurance?
In most cases, therapeutic massage is not covered by standard health insurance plans. However, it may be covered at 100% if you have been in an auto accident and are using no-fault PIP coverage, or under workers compensation. Self-pay rates are available.
Can I get massage without physical therapy?
Yes. You can book therapeutic massage as a standalone service. Many patients start with massage and later add PT or NP care as part of a broader plan. If you are not sure what you need, a free consultation is the best starting point.
